摘要: Fe and Mo tracer diffusion in Fe91−yMo8Cu1By alloys was studied by the serial sectioning method temperature interval 548‐773 K. The measurement done with three differing Fe/B ratio (y = 12, 15 17) prepared planar flow casting technique, relaxed crystallized states. Three modes of were observed: (i) slowest one is volume amorphous (RA) phase, (ii) faster occurs along interfaces between crystallites (C) RA (iii) fastest observed grain boundaries (C/C). It found that rate phase approximately same as Fe, but much slower than boundaries. activation enthalpy boundary increases increasing concentration B. characteristics short-circuit structures where relative fraction RA/C-type prevail over C/C-type ones depend sensitively on thermal treatment.
