摘要: Fibrillation potentials and positive sharp waves have rather stereotypical morphologies generally conforming to a triphasic initially biphasic waveform, respectively. Careful attention during the needle electromyographic examination of muscle tissue with unstable resting membrane potentials, however, frequently reveals spontaneous appearances not only those described above but also waveforms that can best be characterized as blend both fibrillation potential wave. These "hybrid" or composite are hypothesized arise from an electrical summation two single fibers repetitively discharging in time-locked manner. Five individuals lower motor neuron disorders displaying discharges at rest were examined. The categorized according their morphology. Stereotypical negative onset these patients digitized. Computer simulations summating digitized successful reproducing all observed documented patients. supposition within temporal domain conducive is extension concept comprising unit summate generate representation unit.
