摘要: Summary An in vitro model for the study of catabolism chylomicrons is suggested and characterized. The utilizes ability perfused rat hearts to hydrolyze triglycerides obtained from thoracic ducts. resulting remnants were re-isolated through livers where remnant lipid protein was rapidly removed. In contrast intact taken up by liver a limited extent. produced cardiac perfusion contained decreased percent apoproteins C-2 C-3, with relative increase primarily diglycerides and, lesser extent, monoglycerides cholesterol. Most 125I-labelled lost during hepatic recovered tissue. thus simulated many known characteristics chylomicron vivo .
