摘要: The present study was carried out to preliminarily reveal the underlying mechanisms of co-culture system between porcine muscle satellite cells (SCs) and stromal-vascular (SVs). two cell types were co-cultured assess both proliferation differentiation. Desmin Pref-1 immunofluorescence staining technique taken identify isolated cells. expression specific marker genes Myogenin up-regulated in SCs (P < 0.05) differentiation could be promoted when with preadipocytes compared single-cultured control, while c/EBPβ SVs down-regulated inhibited. Furthermore, secretion myokine IL-15 markedly increased, as well its gene protein levels supernatants. However, adipokine leptin significantly decreased. These findings demonstrate that myokines like facilitate SCs' inhibit differentiation, act an important regulator adipocytes.
