摘要: Abstract The aim of this survey was to determine the prescribing patterns German physicians in treatment cancer pain. computerized patient records 330 practices, which treated a total number 1,104,435 patients over 3-year period, were analyzed. "Strong" opioids, widely accepted management severe pain, prescribed just 322 16,630 (1.9%). Only 99 (0.6%) received more than three prescriptions during 3 weeks treatment. Additionally, many mandated inadequate time intervals for dosing, and 12% given "as required." From these data, it can be concluded that majority Germany are not pain at all, those who receive inadequately. is still developing country terms therapy. This situation symptomatic countries reflects continuing prejudice against opioids.
