摘要: Erectile dysfunction and cardiovascular disease share a similar underlying pathophysiology, low serum testosterone, known as hypogonadism, is significant player in both conditions. Hypogonadism risk factor for events worsened mortality, thus influencing physicians to recommend testosterone replacement hypogonadal men. However, at least 4 recent reports suggest that may worsen risk, heightening hesitancy the medical community treat patients with hypogonadism testosterone.
