摘要: This review surveys the contributions of protein tyrosine phosphatases (PTPs) to maintenance and differentiation stem progenitor cells. A diverse family PTPs acts at multiple steps signaling cascades cellular locales. Their activities as modifiers provide another layer integration pathways, which functionally link activity ultimately converge into regulation cell fates. The development agents targeting is a growing endeavor that will benefit biology offer promising therapeutic strategies.
