摘要: We previously reported the overexpression of cyclins in uterine cervical carcinoma; however, their clinicopathological significance remained undetermined. In present study, we examined immunohistochemical expression (D1, E, A, B1), p53 and Ki-67 squamous cell carcinoma (stage Ib+II; 80 cases, stage III+IV; 23 cases). Correlations between parameters patient survival were statistically evaluated. The results indicated that normal epithelium, was sporadically observed parabasal layer. Of 103 carcinomas, D1, B1 13 (13%), (22%), 25 (24%), 18 (18%) (22%) respectively, with a slight predominance advanced tumors. cyclin A significantly correlated (Spearman’s rank correlation). Univariate multivariate analyses revealed lymph node metastasis independent prognostic factors for unfavorable outcomes Ib+II patients. These findings suggest various is involved acquisition vigorous growth potential cells, an prognosticator early stages.
