摘要: We describe the cloning and characterization of Trident , a novel member fork head/winged-helix family, from murine thymus. In mouse embryo, gene was expressed in all tissues, whereas adult mice expression only detected Further analysis revealed that strictly correlated with cell cycling, independent type. Timing [3H]thymidine incorporation showed mRNA protein were strongly upregulated upon entry into S phase cycle. Moreover, phosphorylated M phase. PCR-mediated selection optimal binding sites yielded consensus motif resembling other family members. These results identify as transcription factor, which is likely involved cycle-specific regulation.
