摘要: Measurements on a variety of cadmium sulfide powder cells show that there are four different regions encountered as the applied voltage is varied. At low voltages an ohmic region found in which barrier breakdown does not occur. intermediate by Process I occurs. still higher another II occurs addition to associated with I. very high where all limitations have been removed.
