摘要: It is commonly assumed that households must change their behaviour to reduce the problems caused by increasing levels of fossil energy use. Strategies for will be more effective if they target most important causes in question. Therefore, this paper first discusses factors influencing household Three barriers fuel conservation are discussed: insufficient knowledge ways use, low priority and high costs savings, lack feasible alternatives. Next, elaborates on effectiveness acceptability strategies aimed promote savings.
