摘要: We estimated the dosimetry of (18)F-alfatide II with method established by MIRD based on biodistribution data mice. Six mice (three females and three males) were scanned for 160min an Inveon MicroPET/CT scanner after injection via tail vein. Eight source organs delineated CT images their residence times calculated. The was then converted to human using scaling factors organ body weight. absorbed doses resulting effective dose computed OLINDA 1.1 software. highest observed in urinary bladder wall (male 0.102mGy/MBq, female 0.147mGy/MBq); lowest one detected brain 0.0030mGy/MBq, 0.0036). total 0.0127mSv/MBq male 0.0166 mSv/MBq female, respectively. A 370-MBq led 4.70mSv 6.14mSv female. potential radiation burden associated II/PET imaging therefore is comparable other PET examinations.
