摘要: Deviations from the ideal quadrupole potential in a Paul ion trap create nonlinear resonances at certain operating points inside stability diagram, where absence of pertubations storing times are very long. In presence those pertubations, however, ions lost trap. Since these mass dependent and resolution is order 100 it can be used to separate isotopes given element by choosing suitable conditions. Experiments on natural mixture Eu+ 151 153 show that simple way, proper choice point, completely separated laser-induced optical spectra single isotope received. This first time separation performed effects contrast usual way using boundaries diagram
