摘要: Abstract A much simpler, and considerably less time-consuming modification of Holmberg's method for the preparation a highly purified, stable uricase has been described. It is hoped that introduction this preparing will result in more widespread use Kalckar's specific, accurate quick determination uric acid biological fluids.
