摘要: Efficacy and safety of cancer chemo- biotherapy are limited by poor penetration anti-cancer drugs from blood into tumor cells. Tumor vessel wall, slow diffusion in the interstitium, cell membrane create physiological barriers for drugs, particular promising macromolecular agents. Recently, we proposed to use selective accumulation exogenous nano- microparticles tumors followed ultrasound-induced cavitation safe efficient drug gene delivery. In this paper, first investigated influence polystyrene nanoparticles (100 280 nm diameter concentration up 0.2% w/w) on threshold water at frequency 20 kHz. Then, using optimal irradiation parameters found part work, studied efficacy chemotherapy with technique.
