摘要: Efficacy and safety of cancer chemo- biotherapy are limited by poor penetration anti-cancer drugs from blood into tumor cells. Tumor vessel wall, slow diffusion in the interstitium, cell membrane create physiological barriers for drugs, particular promising macromolecular agents. Recently, we proposed to use selective accumulation exogenous nano- microparticles tumors followed ultrasound-induced cavitation safe efficient drug gene delivery.
