摘要: Abstract Thieme H, Ritschel C, Zange C. Reliability and validity of the Functional Gait Assessment (German version) in subacute stroke patients. Objective To investigate reliability (FGA) as a measure for balance abilities during walking Design Cohort study. Setting Inpatient rehabilitation center. Participants Ambulatory subjects (N=28) at maximum 6 months after participated this One direct observer 2 video observers rated FGA. Interventions Not applicable. Main Outcome Measures Performance FGA was recorded directly rated. For testing concurrent FGA, also completed Berg Balance Scale, fast speed, Category, Rivermead Mobility Index, Barthel Index. Intrarater reliability, interrater were analyzed. Results (intraclass correlation coefficient=.97) coefficient=.94) almost perfect total scores. single items varied between substantial values. Analysis revealed significant correlations other measures gait functions Spearman rho values .71 .93. The differs significantly levels ability (Functional Category) ( P ≤.01). Conclusions Almost intrarater scores good shown Therefore, can be used reliable valid tool to assess functional performance patients stages stroke.
