摘要: To enable demand-based palliative care, it is important to know the perceptions of terminally ill patients and their family members regarding home hospice as places care at end life. Eight women five men suffering from cancer with a life expectancy 3 months or less were interviewed. In each case one was also Four spent last phase home, nine in hospice. This paper provides further insight patient perspective care. The results reveal that cohabiting partner seems an prerequisite for stay home. For spouses obvious choice facilitate patients' even when becomes too demanding, something not discussed between spouse patient. When sufficient impossible negotiation opinion living no longer option, decided moves specific setting new residence be random; possibility pointed out them appropriate.
