摘要: Systems biology is a rapidly expanding field that integrates diverse areas of science such as physics, engineering, computer science, mathematics, and toward the goal elucidating underlying principles hierarchical metabolic regulatory systems in cell, ultimately leading to predictive understanding cellular response perturbations. Because post-genomics research taking place throughout tree life, comparative approaches offer way for combining data from many organisms shed light on evolution function biological networks gene organismal level. Therefore, can build decades theoretical work evolutionary biology, at same time use approach go new uncharted directions. In this study, we present review how era adopting dynamic system methods understand design network shape nascent biology. Finally, application robust designs also discussed synthetic perspective.
