摘要: The medical records of 39 patients with Acinetobacter bacteremia identified in the period between 1985 and 1995 were reviewed. In 24 cases (62%) was considered to have been clinically significant. Most infections (79%) nosocomial, majority these acquired an intensive care unit. Ten (42%) developed septic shock complicating 13 (54%) died. most (85%), thought caused or contributed death. following variables associated a greater risk mortality: age > 65 years (OR = 16; p 0.01); development 22; 0.004); presence coagulopathy 20; 0.03).
