摘要: The content of walnut metabolites is related to its nutritive value and physiological characteristics, however, comprehensive information concerning the metabolome kernels limited. In this study we analyzed at five developmental stages from filling ripening using GC-MS-based untargeted metabolomics; a total 252 peaks identified, 85 were positively identified. Further statistical analysis revealed that these covered different types metabolism pathways. PCA scores metabolic compositions embryo are each stage, while composition endotesta could not be significantly separated into distinct groups. Additionally, 7225 metabolite-metabolite correlations detected in kernel by Pearson correlation coefficient approach; during screening calculated correlations, 463 1047 determined significant with r(2)≥0.49 had false discovery rate (FDR) ≤0.05 embryo, respectively. This work provides first metabolomic reveals most carbohydrate protein-derived carbon was transferred other compounds, such as fatty acids, maturation walnuts, which may potentially provide basis for further studies on metabolism.
