摘要: Using both the 'punch' microdissection and a radioimmunological technique, circadian variations in beta-endorphin concentrations can be observed pituitary some discrete brain regions of male rat (Wistar CFY). Animals were synchronized with light from 06.00 to 18.00 h, then darkness. Water food available ad libitum. Very well marked rhythms evidence anterior lobe pituitary, septum, pons, medulla oblongata cerebellum. There crest time locations situated between 20.00 24.00 h. No significant but biphasic intermediate POA, thalamus, central gray caudatus. around 08.00 The most striking finding was that, regardless area investigated so far, maximal values short after beginning activity period rats. This fact is identical one which has been for substance P LH-RH contents areas where these peptides are mostly present nerve terminals high concentrations.
