摘要: Sulfonation is an important pathway in the biotransformation of many drugs, xenobiotics, neurotransmitters, and steroid hormones. The thermostable (TS) form phenol sulfotransferase (PST) preferentially catalyzes sulfonation {open_quotes}simple{close_quotes} planar phenols, levels activity TS PST human tissues are controlled by inheritance.
