摘要: Precursors of anticholinergic quaternary compounds may be synthesised by acetylating optically active tropic acid, transforming the acetylated acid into chloride, reacting it with amino alcohols having formula (I), such as methane sulphonate, Q and R being explained in description, deacetylating isolating reaction product.
