摘要: Objectives:To evaluate hemodynamic changes during aneurysmal dilatation in chronic type B aortic dissections compared to parameters the healthy aorta with use of computational fluid dynamics (CFD).Methods:True lumen (TL)/false (FL) dimensional changes, total pressure (TP), and wall shear stress (WSS) were evaluated at follow-up (FU) initial examination (IE) transient CFD simulation geometries derived from clinical image data inflow boundary conditions magnetic resonance images. The TL/FL gradient between ascending descending (DAo) maximum WSS site largest was values for aorta.Results:Hemodynamic FL included 77% reduction 69% TP reduction.
