摘要: In clinical dentistry practice, supplemental bone surgery or jawbone defect after tooth extraction must be assisted by a bone-filling material. Cobalt-substituted hydroxyapatite (COHA) effectively promotes cell growth, reduces the inflammatory response, and is an antibacterial agent. COHA can therefore used as alveolar material guided regeneration membrane. Meanwhile, in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) with negative contrast agents targeting materials without causing metal interference image. Hence, has received increasing amounts of attention recent years. However, influence different cobalt precursors on synthesized still unknown. Therefore, from 3 (cobalt chloride, nitrate, sulfate) was compared this study. The results show that precursor smallest anion radius, larger particle size (239 nm) higher ion substitution rate (15.6%). When increases, MRI stronger contrast. Bioactivity data indicate COHAC more susceptible to degradation releases ions contribute differentiation cells. Based these studies, prepared chloride rate, faster better image contrast, bioactivity. It preferred choice for regeneration.
