Scalable synthesis of few-layer graphene ribbons with controlled morphologies by a template method and their applications in nanoelectromechanical switches.

摘要: Controllable and scalable production is of great importance for the application graphene; however, to date, it still a challenge major obstacle which hampers its practical applications. Here, we develop template chemical vapor deposition method synthesis few-layer graphene ribbons (FLGRs) with controlled morphologies. The FLGRs have good conductivity are ideal use in nanoelectromechanics (NEM). As an application, fabricate reversible NEM switch logic gate by using FLGRs. This work realizes both controllable graphene, provides switches, would be valuable scientific studies applications graphene.
