摘要: En ninos, las enfermedades glomerulares son frecuentes y algunas participan activamente engrosando estadisticas de insuficiencia renal cronica. Dentro ellas, mas el sindrome nefrotico con lesion minima, generalmente buen pronostico. Y, aunque no frecuente pero habitualmente mal pronostico, glomeruloesclerosis focal segmentaria. Existen otras glomerulopatias que en general constituyen un problema dada su baja frecuencia la poblacion pediatrica.
