摘要: Abstract Parabens are important additives in cosmetics for inhibiting the development of micro-organisms. However, most preservatives may be harmful to consumers due their potency induce allergic contact dermatitis. Therefore, assay these substances cosmetic products with high precision and accuracy is very important. This paper proposes a novel analytical method determination four common parabens, namely, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate (MP), ethyl (EP), propyl (PP) butyl (BP) products. were extracted by supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) followed capillary zone electrophoresis (CZE). The optimum condition established SFE was 40°C, 12 100 kPa, CO2 0.05% acetonitrile that CZE 30 mM sodium tetraborate 5% (ACN), fused-silica – 75 μm, 60 cm, 25 kV, at 30°C. recovery range 97.3–99.9% good reproducibility (RSD=0.05–3.77%) obtained. offered resolution, R=1.70 acceptable detection limits ranging from 0.97 1.33 ng parabens studied. proposed applied 11 creams direct analysis standard addition determination.
