摘要: This chapter looks at some of the steps underway for reducing large amounts water used by thermoelectric generating plants to produce most world’s electricity. Thermoelectric use coal, natural gas or nuclear power generate power. These require freshwater producing steam in boiler, cooling and condensing after it has been turbines electricity, scrubbing flue remove collect potential air pollutants.
