摘要: We investigated antitumor effects of the following four extracts freeze-dried Hericium erinaceus mushrooms in Balb/c mice intracutaneously transplanted on backs with CT-26 colon cancer cells: HWE, hot water extraction by boiling for 3 h; MWE, microwaving 50% ethanol/water at 60 W min; and ACE AKE, 1% HCl or 3% NaOH 2 h. HWE MWE a higher content β-glucans, determined an assay kit, than MKE were active all bioassays. Gas chromatography/mass spectrometry analyses showed presence 40, 27, 16, 13 compounds, respectively, extracts. Daily intraperitoneal (ip) injections weeks significantly reduced tumor weights 38 41%.
