摘要: ABSTRACT Using a combination of data from the BovineSNP50 BeadChip SNP array (Illumina, San Diego, CA) and EuroGenomics (Amsterdam, Netherlands) custom single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) chip with pre-selected whole genome sequence data, we carried out an association study milking speed in 32,491 French Holstein dairy cows. Milking was measured by score given farmer. Phenotypes were yield deviations as obtained evaluation system. They analyzed linear mixed model for studies. We identified on 22 chromosomes significantly associated speed. As clinical mastitis somatic cell have unfavorable genetic correlation speed, tested whether most significant these also or score. Nine hundred seventy-one genome-wide Of these, 86 198 The signals observed 7, 8, 10, 14, 18. signal located chromosome 14 ( ZFAT gene). Eleven novel quantitative trait loci (QTL) 11, 18, 25, 26. Twelve candidate mapped directly within genes. 10 QTL lead SNP, which genes HMHA1 , POLR2E GNB5 KLHL29 KCNB2 CEACAM18 CCL24 LHPP . Limited pleiotropy between mastitis.
