摘要: The clinician should be aware of the possibility a rupture tibialis posterior tendon in adults who have developed unilateral flatfoot deformity. By careful physical examination, diagnosis can readily made. In more advanced cases roentgenographic changes medial subluxation talar head and evidence sagging talonavicular joint are noted on lateral view. If conservative treatment fails to result satisfactory clinical response, I believe choice is flexor digitorum longus transfer through navicular. this procedure fails, bony stabilization hindfoot may indicated.
