摘要: Objective The CAMS Rating Scale (CRS) is an adherence measure for the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS), a suicide-specific clinical intervention. This study examined ability CRS to assess CAMS. Methods Video-recorded therapy sessions clinicians delivering either or Enhanced Care-As-Usual (E-CAU) were rated with CRS. These ratings (N = 98) used evaluate criterion validity, internal consistency, factor structure. Results Criterion validity analyses did not support organization into its current subscales. Furthermore, identified model item-level statistics revealed weak items. Finally, consistency was higher among than E-CAU. Conclusion results establish as that can effectively in form. Potential revisions future iterations are discussed.
