摘要: Abstract A structural change of the right atrium caused by tricuspid stenosis is described which we call papyraceum (paper-thin atrium). This characterized degeneration and thinning free wall on occasion interatrial septum. Forty patients were studied, 27 them at autopsy. About 16 per cent cases with had a paper-thin Previous studies valvular disease demonstrated that murmurs (diastolic, systolic) sounds (first sound, opening snap) valve are louder during postinspiratory apnea. Some patients, however, this increase in loudness only following several periods was called sign repeated maneuver . In other these became fainter even disappeared after inspiration, spite fact they clearly heard normal respiration previously reinforced paradoxic Patients increased apnea (repeated maneuver) classified as having grade 1 atrium. Those or (paradoxic sign) 2 classification corresponds to extent atrial wall. general, clinical signs, hemodynamic findings changes found autopsy agreement classification. An interpretation findings, based interpretation, given. The diagnosis made basis data produced single inspiration.
