摘要: In order to identify discontinuous technological change and develop appropriate action, companies are increasingly building technology foresight (TF) practices. This paper explores how, using networks of experts, TF capabilities can be built. On the basis three case studies 43 interviews, it is shown that systems through scouts yields several benefits, including support for sourcing external technologies. Using insights from major telecommunication incumbents in Europe, describes discusses (1) what achieved by scouting, (2) how a process set up, (3) important design scouting network, (4) characteristics should aimed when choosing scouts. The contributes methodological base corporate foresight, management literature, understanding increase their open-innovation extending intertwinement with environment.
