摘要: Purpose: Tubulointerstitial fibrosis is the final common pathway to end stage renal disease. The pathophysiology of involves fibroblast proliferation, macrophage infiltration, elaboration cytokines and other proinflammatory mediators, an imbalance in extracellular matrix deposition degradation.
