摘要: Ultrasensitive and specific fiberoptic biosensors have been developed in our group, based on immobilized bioluminescent enzyme systems. The detection of ATP NAD(P)H could be achieved at the picomol level using luciferases from firefly bacterial origin respectively. Adding auxiliary enzymes, especially dehydrogenases extended potentialities sensor to a variety analytes. design reagentless biosensor is also progress, multi-membrane design, involving covalently bound enzymes loosely embedded co-reactants susceptible continuously released microenvironment. Contrary other optical sensors, no light source required, greatly simplifying associated instrumentation. This made this approach particularly attractive through coupling with flow injection analysis systems for dehydrogenase activities monitoring
