摘要: The invention discloses a method for preparing biomedical degradable porous zinc through protein foaming. is carried out according the following steps, steps are that (1) powder, aprotein foaming agent, sucrose and deionized water uniformly mixed; (2) mixed slurry ball-milled to prepare slurry; (3) heated 70-110 DEGC foaming, foamed cooled along with furnace; (4) preform stood cured or dried preform; (5) subjected vacuumsintering treatment graphite covering sintering treatment, temperature kept 25-35 min at of 150 +/- 2 DEG C, 180 +/-2 260 290 320 2DEG 390 C 435 55-65 200 230 360 sintered furnace. According method, egg white collagen selected as agent harmless human bodies, excellent in effect controllable degree; porosity product relatively high; matched cancellous bones bodies can meet requirements body implant materials.
