摘要: This paper presents the design of an operational transconductance amplifier-C (OTA-C) notch filter for a portable Electrocardiogram (ECG) detection system. A six order cascaded is utilized to reduce effect power line interference at (50/60 Hz). The proposed based on programmable balanced OTA circuit. Based this, PSPICE post layout simulation results extracted using 0.25 $$\upmu $$ μ m technology and operating under $$\pm ± 0.8 V voltage supply are also given. provides depth 65 dB (43 4th order), input referred noise spectral density with shaping 9 Vrms/ $$\surd ? Hz pass band frequencies mVrms/ (zero) frequency which provide ECG signal. These demonstrate ability be used signal filtering located within 150 Hz.
