摘要: Abstract We present an unusual case of common bile duct (CBD) obstruction from gallstones in a premature infant treated by exploration and choledochoduodenostomy abdomen with ventriculoperitoneal shunt. this as alternative method treatment when endoscopic is not feasible -tube thought to be suboptimal.
