摘要: Abstract Narrow banded structures of spherulites poly[( R )-3-hydroxybutyrate] (P(3HB)) and its copolymers, with different second monomer unit 4-hydroxybutyrate, 3-hydroxyhexanoate or 6-hydroxyhexanoate, were investigated by microbeam X-ray diffraction Fresnel Zone Plate technique in synchrotron radiation (SPring-8). Radial scanning performed 2 4 μm steps 0.5 μm beam diameter fine microfocus beam. The patterns for P(3HB) homopolymer showed the change crystal orientation along radial direction ( a -axis), while b - c -axes rotated around -axis. intensities diagrams copolymers changed periodically as function distance direction. periodicity measured was matched narrow band spacing (15–25 μm) observed polarized optical microscopy.
