摘要: Despite evidence that alcohol misuse has been having an increasingly detrimental effect on adolescent wellbeing in Russia recent years this phenomenon little researched. Using data from 2112 children the Arkhangelsk Social and Health Assessment (SAHA) 2003, study examined which factors acted as 'risk' or 'protective' for binge drinking within three domains we termed 'family environment', 'alcohol environment' 'deviant behaviour'. The results showed presence of comparatively moderate levels among both boys girls, being able to access easily, unaware risks peers who consumed increased risk - did playing truant, smoking marijuana use, while parental warmth was protective against girls. Our finding occur across suggests any interventions targeted may need simultaneously focus behaviours different domains, at same time, broader social policy should act limit availability adolescents more generally.
