摘要: Adult attachment styles in 354 heterosexual couples serious dating relationships were examined. Principal findings included the following: (a) male and female nonrandomly paired, for example, no anxious-anxious or avoidant-avoidant pairs found; (b) related to concurrent relationship ratings of both partners different but theoretically meaningful ways; (c) contributed significantly longitudinal prediction stability status, even when prior duration commitment statistically controlled; (d) specifically, avoidant men anxious women surprisingly stable over 3 years, particularly light relatively poor these by at Time 1. Discussion focuses on need integrate gender role considerations dynamics processes into theorizing adult attachment.
