摘要: Studies have revealed a relationship between serum cholesterol levels and serotonergic (5HT) function in healthy young adults. Patients with major depressive disorder (MDD) may significant differences compared adults, while MDD patients elevated poorer prognosis for treatment response. The goal of the present study is to examine (1) central 5HT by way cortisol prolactin response 5HT-selective agonist DL-fenfluramine (2) 5HT-function who without cholesterol. Fasting were measured 21 outpatients MDD. After oral administration 60 mg these patients, responses test whether predicted degree or Cortisol levels, defined as >/=200 mg/dl. more likely demonstrate an attenuated There was no Excess adversely affect membrane-bound structures, this explain why are exhibit neuroendocrine responses, less respond relapse.
