摘要: The invention relates to a method of reducing the time for machining dental ceramic blank, wherein fracture toughness (Klc) and flexural strength (σf) material are known, comprising calculating an estimate maximal surface critical flaw size volume using following formula: c = K l / σ f 2 is 2c size; implementing strategy series diamond tools, tools comprise embedded diamonds; comprises rough, intermediate fine steps; each step tool path parameters, parameters carried out by at least one tools; grain diamonds larger than approximately estimated smaller flaw.
