摘要: The subject invention concerns the novel use of formyl-CoA transferase enzyme together with oxalyl-CoA decarboxylase for detection and measurement oxalate in biological samples. system according to results conversion into carbon dioxide formate. Because production formate is directly correlated concentration present a sample, determination resulting provides an accurate, sensitive rapid means detecting even low levels oxalate. further cloning, sequencing expression genes that encode Oxalobacter formigenes. also methods presence formigenes organisms polynucleotide probes primers used method.
