Job submission to grid computing environments

摘要: The problem of enabling scientist users to submit jobs grid computing environments will eventually limit the usability grids. eMinerals project has tackled this by developing 'my_condor_submit' (MCS) tool, which provides a simple scriptable interface Globus, flexible interaction with storage resource broker, metascheduling load balancing within environment, and automatic metadata harvesting. This paper an overview MCS together use case. We also describe parameter-sweep studies. Copyright © 2008 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
