摘要: This article takes the politicisation of copyright and file sharing as a starting point to discuss concept commons construction property. Empirically, draws on series interviews with Pirate Party members in Sweden, Australia, Germany, UK USA; placed theoretical framework commons. We argue that piracy, an act ideology, interrogates common understandings property something self-evident, natural uncontestable. Such constructions found liberal market ideology.
