摘要: We investigated the distribution of microtubules and microfilaments in rat thyroid follicular epithelial cells by applying an immunofluorescence technique with monoclonal antibodies against tubulin staining sections rhodamine-phalloidin. In normal cells, run longitudinally from apical region to basal intersecting each other. addition, intense labelling was observed part cell. The ultrastructural examinations showed that often along plasma membrane. Dot-like anti-tubulin perinuclear space, but not were recognized nucleus. Microfilaments bound rhodamine-phalloidin distributed mainly beneath membrane, portion basolateral membrane scarcely positive. pole follicle cell also decorated anti-microtubule-associated protein-2 (MAP-2). After TSH stimulation, intensity immunocytochemical remarkably increased cytoplasm. Simultaneously, at region, increased. Microtubules appeared pseudopods after injection. hypophysectomized or aged rats, decreased height, both immunofluorescent markedly decreased. These results indicate polymerization vary functional stage.
