Sorties from the Fortress: The Current System of Anti-Immigration Policies in Germany

摘要: This paper gives a short synoptical overview of the most important elements current anti-immigration policy in Germany. Based on Hypothesis that its primary aim is exclusion new migrants, measures taken within framework group wise nationally oriented but internationally cooperative approach are summarized. It argued German migration constitutes complex system which one has to take account administrative and legal measures, as well applied instruments foreign development assistance. should therefore not be characterized strictly defensive "Fortress Germany" any more.
